Immigration & International Mobility
Coordinate Dutch recognised-sponsor readiness and highly skilled migrant applications with employer, salary and role evidence reviewed.
The Dutch highly skilled migrant route normally requires an IND-recognised sponsor and a qualifying employment arrangement. An ordinary company registration or payroll contract does not automatically supply recognised-sponsor status.
We coordinate the employer profile, recognition work where needed and the individual permit evidence with the appropriate professional. The current age-related or reduced salary criterion, contract terms and employer obligations are assessed. Employer changes, sponsorship and residence conditions require their own review.
Provide company records, recognition status, role and contract, candidate qualifications and immigration history. Agree filing authority and continuing reporting responsibilities. Entry formalities, dependants, payroll, tax and changes of employer are separately scoped.
Coutts Consultants coordinates the agreed evidence and appropriately authorised immigration professional or permitted employer filing route. The quotation distinguishes employer, individual and dependant work and external charges. Authorities retain decisions and appointment availability; employment or business formation does not guarantee immigration permission.
