Regulatory, Compliance & Licensing
Review GDPR international data transfers involving a Dutch business with data flows, recipient roles and safeguards assessed.
International data transfers can arise through cloud access, group companies and service providers, not only a deliberate export of a customer database. A hosting location or supplier contract alone does not establish compliance.
We coordinate the data map and instructions to privacy professionals. Controller or processor roles, destinations, subprocessors, adequacy status and applicable transfer tools are reviewed. Where standard contractual clauses are used, the relevant assessment and supplementary measures are considered rather than treating signatures alone as sufficient.
Provide processing records, contracts, system access, recipient locations and existing assessments. The deliverable identifies gaps and agreed remediation. Legal drafting, security testing, DPIAs, regulator matters and additional non-EU regimes are separately scoped.
Coutts Consultants coordinates the readiness assessment, evidence and appropriately qualified specialist work. The quotation identifies deliverables, unresolved gaps, professional charges and authority fees. Relevant authorities retain their decisions; the report does not certify every compliance obligation or replace the client’s ongoing responsibilities.
