Coordinate EU registered design protection for a Netherlands-based business strategy with views, ownership and EUIPO requirements reviewed.
A registered EU design protects qualifying appearance features across EU Member States. It is distinct from Benelux design registration, a technical patent or protection in non-EU countries.
We coordinate the representations and instructions to an appropriate design professional under the current EUIPO framework, including the reform fully applicable from July 2026. Ownership, disclosure, priority, design variants and representation are assessed. Registration does not itself establish that every substantive validity issue has been examined or resolved.
Provide consistent views or permitted design files, designer and owner details, product information and publication or filing history. Agree the territorial strategy before submission. Searches, invalidity proceedings, infringement advice and other countries are separately scoped.
Coutts Consultants coordinates the application information and the appropriate intellectual-property professional. The quotation separates official charges, professional fees and any searches or contentious work. Filing does not guarantee registration or freedom to use the mark or design; office queries, third-party challenges and enforcement advice require a separate specialist scope.
