Company Formation & Corporate Services
Coordinate UK PLC formation with the commercial rationale, capital, governance, identity requirements and trading-certificate work reviewed.
A UK public limited company brings a different capital and governance framework from a private company. Incorporation as a PLC does not itself admit the business to a stock exchange or authorise a public securities offer.
We coordinate the ownership and funding plan, constitution, at least two directors and the company secretary. The review identifies applicable allotted and paid-up capital requirements and the trading certificate needed before commencing business or borrowing. Director and PSC identity obligations, registered office and registered email are assessed separately.
Provide the commercial plan, owners, proposed capital, officers and intended activities. The quotation identifies formation, professional and official charges and ongoing handover. Securities advice, listing, regulated activities, tax, accounting and banking are separate workstreams requiring the appropriate professionals and approvals.
Coutts Consultants coordinates the agreed documents, professional appointments and filing follow-up. Legal, notarial and other reserved work is undertaken by the appropriate local professional. The quotation identifies official charges, professional fees and any outstanding compliance work separately; completion depends on valid approvals, complete documents and registry processing.
