Introduction to a currently verified third-party account product offering guaranteed acceptance for applicants who meet its stated conditions.
Some clients need a bank account but do not fit the standard profile preferred by mainstream providers. Where a genuine guaranteed-acceptance account is currently available, Coutts Consultants can introduce eligible applicants to that third-party product and help with the application.
The word guaranteed is important. Coutts Consultants does not guarantee that anyone will receive an account. We only use this description where the provider itself currently offers guaranteed acceptance for applicants who meet its published conditions, and we check those terms again before making an introduction.
A genuine guaranteed-acceptance product has published criteria under which eligible applicants can obtain the account.
It does not remove identity checks, AML controls, sanctions screening or other mandatory verification.
The service can help applicants who have found conventional account opening difficult, have limited banking history or want a product with clearer acceptance criteria.
Before proceeding, we explain the current provider conditions and what facilities are included.
Banking products and provider terms change. Coutts Consultants therefore re-checks the guaranteed-acceptance proposition before every introduction.
If the provider withdraws or changes the product, we will not continue to describe it as guaranteed unless the current terms justify doing so.
We check the current product, review the applicant against the stated criteria, help prepare the application and make the introduction where the requirements appear to be met.
The account is provided by the third party. Any guarantee comes from that provider and remains subject to its conditions.
Coutts acts only as an introducer to a current verified third-party guaranteed-acceptance account product. Any guarantee belongs to the provider, not Coutts.
