Regulatory, Compliance & Licensing
Assess Irish MiCA CASP authorisation readiness with service scope, governance, prudential requirements and application evidence reviewed.
MiCA authorisation is specific to the crypto-asset services and business model. An older AML registration, token project or company formation does not automatically authorise a CASP under the current EU framework.
We coordinate the service map and Irish specialist workstreams. Ownership, management, prudential resources, safeguarding, conduct, systems, outsourcing and financial crime arrangements are assessed for the proposed activities. Token issuance, investment-firm instruments and payment services may raise separate permission questions.
Provide the business plan, group structure, crypto-asset and money flows, funding, managers and technology arrangements. The deliverable identifies gaps and agreed Central Bank application preparation, using the current submission route. No launch date or EU market access is assumed before the necessary permissions.
Coutts Consultants coordinates the readiness assessment, evidence and appropriately qualified specialist work. The quotation identifies deliverables, unresolved gaps, professional charges and authority fees. Relevant authorities retain their decisions; the report does not certify every compliance obligation or replace the client’s ongoing responsibilities.
