The current eligible-university list, relevant reference period and any quota conditions are checked. Initial admission and later extension have different requirements; the absence of an initial job-offer requirement does not mean an extension needs no Hong Kong work or business evidence.

Provide identity, qualifications, income records, work history and current immigration status. The scope identifies certification and the principal application. Family, tax, relocation and extension work are separately included or quoted.

Scope, fees and completion
