Accounting, Tax & Employer Services
Prepare French electronic invoicing and e-reporting processes with the applicable phase, approved platform and finance data reviewed.
France’s invoicing reform has separate requirements for invoice reception, issuance and e-reporting. The first implementation stage began in September 2026; a business should assess current obligations rather than treat the entire reform as a future project.
We coordinate the entity-size, VAT and transaction review with French tax and implementation specialists. The appropriate approved platform, domestic B2B flows and relevant cross-border or consumer reporting are identified. Existing software or emailed PDFs are not assumed to provide the required exchange and reporting capability.
Provide entity details, revenue and size information, invoice samples, software and customer flows. The engagement identifies gaps, remediation priorities, interfaces and testing. Platform contracts, configuration, training and ongoing exception handling are expressly included or separately quoted.
Coutts Consultants coordinates the records and the appropriate accounting professional, with unresolved items referred for management approval. The quotation specifies periods, transaction volumes, outputs and any included submissions. Audit, additional tax advice and reconstruction of incomplete records are separately scoped where needed; management remains responsible for the information, approvals and payments.
